When “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” Adrienne Maloof asked me to create a fashion show to debut her new shoe collection,

“Adrienne Maloof for Charles Jordan”,

I of course jumped at the opportunity and said YES!

After taking a tour of her Beverly Hills manse, we decided to build a 15-foot runway over her stunning topararies but we left 2 of them at the top of the runway exposed to create a fantasty vibe. We then filled her georgeous yard with oversized ottomans, lamps, mirror and firepits….it was a spectacular setting!

My show producer, Tod Hallman and I worked on music that would capture the sense of fantasy and sophistication of the collection. I was thrilled Scott Barnes was available to do the make-up for the show since he designed the make-up for my “Water” collection, Spring ’07. And the talented Frank Galasso pulled a great hair team together that completed the look.

Little did I know that Adrienne’s shoes were not delivered in time for the show…..but the show must go on!
